1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MeldManor website and mobile applications (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where skill-based online rummy for real cash is permitted. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To play real-money games and enter tournaments, you must register for a MeldManor account and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to update it promptly if it changes. MeldManor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or that are associated with fraudulent activity.

4. Deposits & Wallet Management

a. Deposit Methods: You may fund your in-game wallet via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or supported e-wallets.
b. Wallet Structure: Funds are held in two sub-wallets: Cash Wallet (your own deposits and winnings) and Bonus Wallet (promotional funds subject to wagering requirements).
c. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal. See our Bonus Terms for details.

5. Withdrawals & Fees

You may withdraw available cash balance (excluding active bets) via UPI or bank transfer. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 minutes. MeldManor does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees. Any such fees are your responsibility.

6. Game Play & Tournaments

a. Skill-Based Play: All rummy variants on MeldManor are games of skill.
b. Game Rules: You agree to abide by the official rummy rules and any variant-specific rules posted in the lobby.
c. Fair Play: Collusion, use of bots or software assistance, chip dumping, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Violators will be banned and may forfeit winnings.
d. Tournament Entry: Tournament formats, entry fees, prize pools, schedules, and payout structures are displayed in the app and may be updated without notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

MeldManor encourages responsible gaming. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits, and self-exclude at any time. If you feel you have problem, please contact support or seek professional help.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and designs on MeldManor are the property of MeldManor Games Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

a. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
b. MeldManor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
c. Under no circumstances will MeldManor or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
d. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MeldManor Games Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination & Suspension

MeldManor may suspend or terminate your account, block deposits or withdrawals, and void outstanding bonuses or balances if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Termination does not limit our rights to pursue legal remedies.

13. Changes to Terms

MeldManor reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. You and MeldManor agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
